Fenchurch Hires JPMorgan Cazenove Banker
Fenchurch Advisory Partners,
the specialist investment banking boutique, is pleased to announce that
Richard Locke, a senior investment banker from JPMorgan Cazenove, is joining
the business as a Managing Director.
During his career with Cazenove spanning both corporate advisory and capital
markets, Richard has been instrumental in many landmark financial services
transactions including the defence of the London Stock Exchange, Aberdeen's
acquisition of Deutsche Asset Management, the de-merger and IPO of Henderson
and Standard Chartered's acquisition of Korea First Bank. He is currently
a key member of the JPMorgan Cazenove team advising Barclays on its proposed
€140 billion merger with ABN AMRO.
Richard Locke said, "The market for independent and expert advice for
